In anticipation of the approaching Pesach (Passover) holiday, Kulanu VP Rabbanit Boni Sussman shared these videos demonstrating how to make matza!

Boni writes, “Many communities around the world have asked me how to bake matza. It is actually simple to learn how. I learned from a YouTube video while I was in India, and from that video the community learned how to bake it (and switched from eating chapati). We used a video similar to the ones below. This year Yehudah Kimani in Kenya asked me, and these are the videos I shared:
