Kulanu received a generous donation in 2018 to help Namutumba for Girls (NfG), a new Abayudaya women’s business that is affiliated with Days for Girls. The business sews reusable sanitary pad kits, makes soap, and provides two-day women’s health workshops. NfG has just completed its 4th and final workshop under the grant, providing a NfG kits for 227 girls and women in Namutumba and at Hadassah Primary School. What a great achievement! NfG is now looking for its next grant to bring these kits to the remaining 8 Abayudaya villages in Uganda.
