A mixup yesterday reminded me how much we are cheered on by the gracious and loyal support of our donors. After the printer had put the printed newsletters in the mail, we were appalled to realize that we had reversed our list of donors with our list of deceased or other honorees! I called donors who were listed as deceased to apologize and express our consternation. Every one I called simply laughed and told me how much they appreciate our good work!
