Because of all of you who provided donations in December, Kulanu met our $25,000 matching grant, and raised a total of $83,000 in one month! What a great way to start the new year. Thanks so much for helping us kick off 2014 on such a positive note.

Quite a few of you were inspired by the Abayudaya Jewish community of Uganda and their multi-faith primary and secondary schools. The story of the Jewish community in Ecuador and the Jewish renaissance of the Lemba in Zimbabwe appealed to others, while others contributed “where needed most” to help us take advantage of the coming year’s opportunities to support Jewish lives around the world.
