The Jewish Federations of North America is sponsoring a contest for Jewish Community Hero. The Jewish Community Hero Award honors those making strides to repair the world, starting in their own communities. The contest winner gets $25,000 for their non-profit.
One of the people nominated is Naomi Eisenberger. She is now head of the Good People Fund. Before that, she worked for many years with Danny Siegel, managing the Ziv Tzedakah Fund.
The Good People Fund has generously donated to support Kulanu’s projects, and Naomi Eisenberger herself serves as a mentor to Harriet Bograd, when Harriet needs help thinking through difficult questions.
Voting ends October 8th and you can vote every 12 hours!
